Testimonials from our guests             We loved our gite!  It was extremely comfortable, the beds had lovely linen and the whole place was spotlessly clean.  Our children really enjoyed playing in your enormous garden, and in the beautifully clean pool.  The area was lovely, the villages were delightful and the highlight of our holiday was a canoe trip on the river, which the children are still talking about!  The Benton Family, Bath. We stayed at Camp del Mas in September for 11 days and we wish it could have been for another 11 days.  The surroundings are so peaceful and ideal place to be if you want to relax and unwind.   The gite is absolutely lovely and of a very high standard, and we all felt very much at ‘’home’’ immediately.  Although the weather was not at its best all of the time we did manage to make use of the swimming pool .   Within easy walking distance there is a charming little village ideal for your bread etc.  The owners Mr. & Mrs. Hatfield were kindness itself and did everything possible to make our stay an enjoyable one .  We can highly recommend Camp del Mas and hope that we can return at some time.   Sandra and family , Wales & Holland.   August 2009 "Linda and David Just a short line to say how much we all enjoyed staying in your house -  it was lovely to be able to relax and enjoy your very clean and comfortable house and Rupert was as you know a huge hit with the children and us! Your knowledge of the local area helped us to see places we may otherwise have missed, and it also meant that we didn't have to go too far considering the heat!   Della, Tammie and Gareth have now started back at college and school and life goes on as normal. Thankfully it's been pretty warm and dry in East Anglia, so although somewhat cooler than France, it hasn't been quite the cool shock that we thought it might be!   I hope you and David are well and Rupert is his usual happy self.   Thanks again, it truly is a wonderful place to stay and David and I both agreed that there is an ambience within the building and grounds, that is good for the soul!   Best wishes Carole Carole

Linda and David. Firstly apologies for the tardiness of this thank you note. Since we got home, things have gone back to their normal hectic pace and things that should have been done - haven't been done. The house was (is) fabulous, we had a fantastic stay with you. We relaxed completely and are more than ever determined to find that little piece of France to call our own. Your house - and Rupert - are wonderful. We couldn't have asked for better hosts or accommodation. You were there when we needed you and left us to our own devices when we wanted to relax. Perfect. We are currently looking into finances, but if all goes to the plan , we may well be back asking if we can come for 3 weeks next August - while we house hunt. Thank you again for the most wonderful, relaxing holiday and give Rupert an enormous hug from his two Derbyshire fans. The weather was kind and the house was one of the best that we have stayed in. The high specification, decoration and quality were second to none which is rare in french lets....well in my experience anyway. You have done a great job.   All of the family thought that the area was as beautiful and interesting as I had hoped and Catherine is still wishing that we had booked 2 weeks! Thank you as well for looking after Mum so well. She found the 'waterwings' particularly helpful as they gave her confidence in the water which was vital if we are going to keep her mobile! I fear that holidays with both Mum and Dad are becoming more difficult and so any break with them is to be cherished and remembered.
