Notes & Instructions: Please fill out the form above & send it to us as soon as you have received your E-mail confirmation.

  1.  The 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation & is non-refundable. If the deposit is not posted within 4 days of the E-mail confirmation we reserve the right to accept another booking. We advise that you take out a Travel Insurance policy with a cancellation clause to enable you to recover non-refundable monies.

  2. Lettings are from Saturday ( 4:30PM) to Saturday (10:00AM)

  3. Cheques should be made payable to: Linda D. Hatfield; and sent to: Camp Del Mas, 82160 Parisot, France.

  4. Telephone is not supplied. Please bring your own mobile phone.

  5. Balance is due not less than 8 weeks prior to the rental period. Balance due is:£ /€ = total rental cost less deposit.
